These Terms and Conditions are an official TOYSOFT GIFTS TRADING CO. L.L.C. (Residence 1072, Office-18C-0154, Al Muteena, Dubai, UAE - Registration No.1881209, License No.1137753) document. 8.1.2. intentional misuse of the Service;

8.1.3. User’s negligent acts or omissions in using the Service;

8.1.4. any claim brought against TOYSOFT GIFTS TRADING CO. L.L.C. by a third party in relation to User’s use of the Service.

9. Dispute Resolution.

9.1 The governing law for disputes is the law of U.A.E., providing legal clarity and setting expectations for users.

10. Other Terms.

10.1. The Site Administration reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice or the User’s consent.
