This Cancellation/Refund Policy is an official TOYSOFT GIFTS TRADING CO. L.L.C. (Residence 1072, Office-18C-0154, Al Muteena, Dubai, UAE - Registration No.1881209, License No.1137753) document, and it acts in relation to the reimbursement procedure for the goods sold on the online store https://www.foldbook.art/en (hereinafter referred to as the ‘foldbook.art website’ or ‘online store’), located on the foldbook.art domain name (as well as its subdomains).

1. Definitions.

1.1. In this Policy, the following terms have the meanings given below, unless the context requires otherwise:

1.1.1. The ‘Foldbook.art website’ is a set of interconnected web pages located on the Internet at the unique address (URL) https://www.foldbook.art/en, as well as its subdomains. It offers digital goods for sale, provides an interactive ordering mechanism, indicates prices and publishes other information.

1.1.2. ‘Subdomains’ refers to pages or sets of pages located on sub-level domains belonging to the foldbook.art website, as well as any other temporary pages that contain information published by the Site Administration.

1.1.3. The ‘Administration of the foldbook.art website’ (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Site Administration of the website’) refers to the authorised employees of TOYSOFT GIFTS TRADING CO. L.L.C., who manage the foldbook.art website.

1.1.4. The ‘Seller’ is TOYSOFT GIFTS TRADING CO. L.L.C., a legal entity registered in the United Arab Emirates that sells goods online.

1.1.5. The ‘Buyer’ is an individual who has entered into an agreement with the Seller under the terms of the public offer, with the intention of using the purchased goods for personal, family, household and other non-entrepreneurial needs.

1.1.6. The ‘User of the foldbook.art website’ (hereinafter referred to as the ‘User’) refers to the Buyer of the goods, an individual who has access to the online store via the Internet and uses the foldbook.art website.

1.1.7. ‘Goods’ are digital products with no physical medium that are consigned for sale. The Buyer orders goods from the Seller’s online store and pays for them using the provided payment method.

1.1.8. An ‘Order’ is the Buyer’s application to purchase of goods, submitted by clicking on the ‘Place order’ or ‘Pay’ button, and confirmed by the Seller.

2. General Provisions.

2.1. This Policy is drawn up with accordance with the legislation of the United Arab Emirates (hereinafter referred to as UAE), and is in full compliance with consumer protection laws of the UAE, to be interpreted in a way that upholds customer rights granted by UAE law.

2.2. In accordance with Federal Law No. (15) of 2020 on Consumer Protection, by entering into the agreement with the Seller, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the digital goods purchased on the website https://foldbook.art/en/ have no physical medium, and are therefore not eligible for return or exchange. Refunds for purchased goods are not provided either.

2.3. The Buyer may send any claims related to improper order execution to the Seller's support service at info@foldbook.art.

3. Other Terms.

3.1. The Site Administration reserves the right to amend this Cancellation/Refund Policy without prior notice or the User’s consent.

3.2. The new Cancellation/Refund Policy comes into force from the moment it is published on the foldbook.art website, unless the new version of the Policy provides otherwise.
